He has analyzed, prepared and defended
over 100 construction claims involving public and
government buildings, schools and office buildings,
highways and sewer lines, private residences and federal
housing projects, hotels, automatic toll collection
systems, a major bridge, power plant, landfill capping
and nuclear power plant.
He has performed forensic accounting in complicated
partnership dissolutions and lease terminations, and he
has conducted reviews to uncover fraud, determine the
viability of financially stressed operations, and
identify where cash and assets are being used.
